Ms. Maniger is the Senior Transit Manager for Solutient. She continues to apply much of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) experience she honed while at the Regional Transit Authority.
Ms. Maniger works with the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) to develop the Transit aspect of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) according to annual Federal Transit Administration (FTA) formula-funding allocations. She facilitates execution of FTA Certifications and Assurances and authors applications for formula-funding allocations. Ms. Maniger facilitates development of grant applications for discretionary funding opportunities.
Ms. Maniger maintains internal award-management systems to track grant disbursements for all open awards and coordinates with Parish Accounting to ensure accurate and timely drawdowns of FTA funds. She prepares and submits budget revisions and budget amendments for FTA approval, facilitates and executes award closeouts in the Transit Award Management System (TrAMS).
As part of Transit financial reporting compliance and oversight, Ms. Maniger develops all quarterly and annual Milestone Progress Reports (MPRs) and Federal Financial Reports (FFRs) in TrAMS for Administration review and approval. She collects operations-management data to develop semiannual DBE reports and oversees development and submission of the National Transit Database (NTD) Annual Report.
Ms. Maniger also facilitates capital and facility planning, as well as ensures compliance with local/Parish Purchasing policy and Federal procurement guidelines.
