Major League Baseball
Solutient’s Custom Built IT Systems Save MLB $6 Million Annually
Solutient’s partnership with Major League Baseball focused on reducing costs related to insurance. Our subject matter experts explored all aspects of the thousands of insurance policies accrued by the MLB, along with its minor league organizations.
Solutient developed an insurance management system that provides the MLB an annual savings of $6 million, according to the head of the division for MLB. The system continues to provide their organization with those savings today, over a decade after project completion.
Solutient also worked with MLB to expand its appeal to both urban youths and international programs, and it needed the software to document and manage the ambitious agendas. Solutient created and implemented both applications, which are still successful for the MLB organization to this day.
Orleans Parish Criminal Court
Solutient IMPLEMENTS Original, STATE OF THe Art OCDC Clerk of Court System Software
Solutient was the managing partner to the Orleans Criminal District Court large project to computerize its Clerk of Court System.
Dr. Sternhell had spent several years working with the Court on multiple research topics, and was one of eight national trainers for the LEAA (Law Enforcement Assistance Administration).
Given Dr. Sternhell’s expertise, Solutient was the perfect fit for this implementation, which is still in existence today.
